Ripping yarns, beautiful lies and a few home truths.
Yes, this is the most exciting thing that has happened to me for weeks.
Is this an anti-whaler?
Yes Tom, they are leaving for Antarctica this week.
SARAH: As a seafarer yourself you may know that porthole needs removal, rustfreeing, a new gasket and resetting. If there are any more like it on board then they need repair. They will let water and Antarctic air into those quarters. I served as a Navigator/Watchofficer in an icebreaker and that is an accident waiting to happen. But then of course that whole junky tired old vessel is one. Delighted you are having an exciting week though. I have not been in Albany since 1960.Good Watch
Good luck, God speed and f*** the whalers!
