Oh yes, I saw this a few years ago. Isn't it great?! It used to happen every night over Bath, but numbers have declined so much there is not a single starling. I miss them.
That is so sad. I've never seen a murmuration, only the straw necked ibises flying east in a V. Starlings are a bit of a dirty word in the west.
God, I don't think I have ever seen one as good as that.
You know Rachel, I've been thinking that if every office worker had murmurations on the screen savers, lives and jobs could be saved.
